The first stage of activities is carried out at customer level; we plan, we create complete documentation, implement and test. After the work we provide support services, ie remote support even 24h a day! As part of a service contract, we provide services to maintain system quality and reliability, updates, functional training and SOS interventions.Ad-hoc support services provided remotely through our secure, SSL-secured platform are becoming increasingly popular.
